Baiyinnuo'er
Southern Great Xing'an Range, Inner Mongolia, China
SkarnsZn-Pb (Ag)
- Type
- Zn-Pb skarn at the contact of Yanshanian plutons and Permian marbles
Largest Zn-Pb deposit of northern China (32.74 Mt at 5.44 % Zn, 2.02 % Pb and 31.36 g/t Ag), as skarn between units of the Huanggangliang Formation and at intrusion contacts. Highly saline magmatic fluids at the early stage, then diluted. Homogeneous magmatic sulfur (-6.1 to -4.6 ‰) and lead identical to the Yanshanian plutons. Coordinates from the publication.
